FELTNER COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

To make grants to charitable or educational organizations which are exempt from federal income tax, and which the foundation's board of directors determines to be worthy of the foundation's support.in making these determinations, the board of directors of the foundation shall consider factors including the organization's purposes, the organization's ability to execute its stated purposes as demonstrated by past accomplishments and other factors, and the organization's ratio of overhead expenditures to expenditures for its charitable purposes. The board of directors will choose the charitable or educational organizations at board meetings to be held from time to time.
