Topics include but not limited to organic and sustainable farming practices, local food systems, farm bill opportunities, certification options, marketing, community empowerment and opportunities and challenges in the organic marketplace.

$2.5MThe southeast transition to organic partnership program supports farmers in transitioning to organic production and provides ongoing assistance to existing organic producers. By offering mentorship, technical assistance, and wrap-around support, this program plays a vital role in promoting organic farming in the southeast region.
