FOOTBALL CAMP FOR THE STARS

In 2024, an event was held to provide authentic football experience for athletes with down syndrome. Participants came from all over the us to attend the two-day camp. Each participant was paired with a valley christian high school football player, putting them through drills and training to play football. The event climaxed in a flag football scrimmage, complete with professional referees, coin toss, the singing of the national anthem, cheerleaders, and cheering fans. There was also cheerleading program for young ladies with down syndrome. A banquet was also held in the evening.
