The goals are to increase social mobility and reduce the achievement gap. FGCC IS THE FISCAL AGENT FOR THese REGIONAL PROJECTs. WE PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT TO public universities, THE TEN COMMUNITY COLLEGES AND 22 K12 SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN SAN DIEGO AND IMPERIAL COUNTIES. AS THE FISCAL AGENT, WE PROVIDE SUB-AWARDS OF THESE GRANT FUNDS TO education partners TO IMPROVE CAREER EDUCATION IN THIS REGION
