$1.2MErie outpatient: erie outpatient provides aftercare and continuing care services for those individuals who have completed an inpatient rehabilitation program. Once the individual returns to the community, intensive outpatient programming becomes an integral part of the continuing care plan. They also offer adult programs, drug free programs, and individualized treatment plans.
Program 2
$830KHalfway house: dr. Daniel snow halfway house is a state licensed halfway house serving males over the age of 18 years old, and community house is a women/women with children program. The length of stay is variable. Prospective residents must meet the following criteria to qualify for admission: successful completion of a treatment program, licensed by the pennsylvania department of health bureau of drug and alcohol programs (bdap), be free of all controlled substances, pursuant to a urinalysis, present no medical condition which requires 24 hour medical monitoring, and exhibit motivation.
