Horse rescue operationsthe purpose of this program is to prevent cruelty to horses. Gp will retrieve neglected horses form horse-farm donations, the humane society, and the feedlots or sale lots that cater to slaughterhouses. Gp will not seize horses directly from current owners, but will work with a licensed agency or proper authority to rescue horses that need assistance. It is gp's intention to encourage people to donate horses they cannot care for in order to prevent their sale to feedlots or auctions catering to slaughterhouses. To accomplish this goal, gp receives donations to purchase the horses. Gp will advertise and encourage people to donate horses instead of selling them through inexpensive markets, such as feedlots and auction houses.
