GLADYS NEUBAUER TRUST

Excerpt from the last will and testament of gladys neubauer, part vi.(c), which established the foundation: "...the gladys neubauer trust shall be continued for the purpose of medical research. It is my intention, and i hereby direct, that the net income from the gladys neubauer trust shall be distributed annually to persons and/or institutions engaged in medical training, and/or research and this limitation shall be broadly interpreted. Such net income may be used for scholarships, tuition payments, board, room, clothing and any other costs connected with the education of any student or students in the medical field and may also be used for grants to medical schools, universities or colleges, nursing schools, technical schools or any other institution involved in the field of medicine. As advisor to the trustees in carrying out these purposes, i select the superintendent of schools in waterloo, iowa community school district, the cedar falls, iowa school district and the black hawk co
