Global hearthworks foundation inc. Through the efforts of its president has maintained significant involvement in the program-related investments disclosed in part ix-b. The foundation takes a hands-on approach working closely with management teams on the ground to help build businesses, formulate strategy, and improve organizational structure. Additionally the foundation collaborates with fellow funders and implementers which include governments, non-govermental organizations, and for-profit organizations to share lessons learned and to bring the most promising cooking solutions to the greatest number of households.
