GLOBAL LEARNING ACCELERATOR

Global learning accelerator (gla) serves to inspire young people to confidently explore and pursue their passions for lifelong success. Our project mfg program is a catalyst that helps elevate the next generation of highly skilled trade professionals by changing mindsets, fostering community preparedness and challenging how the critical skills needed to succeed in modern advanced manufacturing are taught. The program executes several tournament-style competitions across the country to demonstrate the abilities of new talent and inspire a movement to restore america's industrial base. Our competition series feature single and integrated manufacturing technology competitions that highlight cnc machining, welding and additive manufacturing. Through these competitions, participants gain hands-on experience with the latest technology and support from subject matter experts and students are exposed to the many rewarding career opportunities that exist in the skilled trades.
