Creation of market mechanisms through which the poor and distressed peoples can sell goods that they have been taught and trained to produce by missionaries, mission organizations, relief organizations, and the like located in various poor and underdeveloped regions of the world where these disadvantaged people find themselves without a way to provide for themselves due to lack of skills and lack of local trusted markets in which to sell these goods and provide a sustenance living.
