Community and leadership development support through foundation staff, consultants, and/or volunteers to convene, coach, facilitate, train, transcribe, act as thinking partners, and leverage opportunities to positively impact youth, individuals, families, organizations, and communities in alignment with the foundations vision and goals in four counties. Staff In-Kind Charitable Contribution Value: $234,141.27.a)Regional Collaborations Jefferson e Funders Forum (JeFF) brings together public and private philanthropic leadership to share information, perspectives, and experiences, and cooperatively explore and leverage resources to positively impact communities in southern Oregon. The foundation provides in-kind staff support to coordinate and facilitate quarterly meetings and annual retreats, manage the website, and email communications to funders.
