GRANDIFLORA FOUNDATION

The purposes of the entity include the following (1)to provide high-quality facilities to attract musicians and other artists to a disadvantaged area of the city, (2)to provide a beautiful location for weddings and other events at affordable (including free) prices - those who can pay market prices would do so and those unable to pay full price or any price would only pay what they can reasonably afford, (3) to make available a public garden/park including sculptures and water features, and (4)to provide educational opportunities on renewable energy utilized throughout the project (net-zero utilities with solar panels and harvested rain to water the public garden).
