Participants are exposed to various elements of the community such as its problems, challenges and opportunities. They are challenged to look at ways they can make an impact and get involved. They are introduced to well-known business leaders, politicians and civic leaders to gain insight and experience and given opportunities to become engaged in the community.

$586KEvents - focuses on leadership by celebrating the past and shaping the future. The past is honored by recognizing leaders that have made a difference in the community through their business and civic contributions. The future is shaped by giving young professionals an opportunity to engage with each other, attend thought-providing sessions with topics on leadership, community engagement, business ethics, inclusivity, etc. The goal is to foster personal and professional development and encourage young professionals to develop into future business and community leaders.
