$740KRestore operation the organization operates two restores, which sell donated building materials and gently used household goods and appliances to the public. Restore revenue supports the organization's ability to plan and execute its affordable housing programs and services. Furthermore, the restores provide a means of reusing and recycling goods that may otherwise contribute to local landfills. 2024 was our first full year in a new location and new city.

$135KOther in 2024 we formed a coalition with the habitat for humanity affiliates in utah to ask the utah legislature appropriations from the governor's budget for housing production. We were unsuccessful but continued our work in 2025. We also continued our work in coalition with the housing action coalition of washington county to advocate for a community land trust and an overhaul of local affordable housing policies in washington county. Habitat for humanity of southwest utah are the stewards of a local historical cemetery and were able to continue our work there with landscaping work and a fresh coat of paint on the fences and unknown grave markers.
