HAGOMEL FOUNDATION

In 2024, HaGomel continued offering in-person multi-modal expressive arts workshops incorporating movement, meditation, visual arts, writing, and music for women who have experienced sexual or other trauma. HaGomel offered these programs both through community partners and independently to the public. In 2024, HaGomel led 23 in-person expressive arts programs. HaGomel also offered 33 yoga-only programs for Spanish-speakers and participated in four community events to promote its expressive arts workshops in the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition, in 2024, HaGomel began offering expressive arts programs on Zoom, leading 3 multi-modal arts programs and 15 poetry/mindfulness programs during the year.
