Sport Training - MyTHS is committed to giving back to the community by offering free demonstrations and educational workshops at local schools libraries and community events. Through these activities we introduce people of all ages to Historical European Martial Arts sharing the history discipline and physical benefits of swordsmanship. By making HEMA accessible to a wider audience we inspire curiosity promote lifelong learning and help preserve this rich martial tradition.
