The exempt purpose of the foundation is to support public health initiatives in areas of need through strategic partnerships with organizations well positioned to promote such initiatives, and for public benefit activities and charitable purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as expempt organizations within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and its corresponding provisions, as well as any lawful purpose, as governed by its exempted purpose, and as authorized by the laws of the state of new jersy.
