Recruit faith communities: hcpc will leverage its partnerships with a broad cross-section of organizations to identify potential faith communities for program implementation. This strategy includes establishing relationships and sharing information about faith in prevention (fip) with hcpc community action board (cab) member organizations, local faith-based (fbo's) and community based organizations (cbo) in passaic county to assist with recruitment efforts.
