MSD for Mothers, sustainably addressing delays in seeking and receiving appropriate maternal and obstetric care by strengthening healthcare systems and empowering women and providers in Lagos and Kaduna States. *Reduced maternal deaths and deaths from PEE, PPH, and OL by 47% and 58%, respectively. *Developed a How-to-Guide to support integrated model implementation. *Successfully implemented 13 QI initiatives across 55 health facilities improving maternal outcome. *Hosted the inaugural Maternal QI Summit to share impact and drive action. *Empowered 52,210 women to make informed maternal health decisions. *Integrated co-designed NaviHealth.ai? dashboard into Lagos EMR for sustainability. *Successfully piloted GANC in 2 private facilities. *Submitted 5 abstracts and presented 6 at 3 conferences.

CLOSA: The Connect and Learn for Sustainable Associations CLOSA project is a USAID-funded locally led initiative that is targeted at private sector associations in West Africa to connect with peer associations, evidence of best practices, and private sector experts to support and prepare them to become financially sustainable, commercially viable, and self-reliant.Over the lifespan of the project, CLOSA achieved remarkable progress in strengthening the capacities of Private Sector Associations (PSAs) in Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal across multiple components of its learning agenda, including financial management, marketing and branding, membership engagement, gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH), and revenue generation. Notably, PSAs such as NASPAN and NACOTAN (Nigeria), ANSFES (Senegal) and FAGE (Ghana) enhanced their membership engagement through the development of digital membership databases and the publication of newsletters that spotlight members and foster community interaction. Mentorship and collaborative sessions on marketing and branding with American Business Council (ABC) and AmCham Morocco improved PSAs' ability to develop sustainable partnerships, advocacy tools, and brand strategies. Additionally, through virtual GBVH training in Senegal, four PSAs established gender desks and onboarded 12 Gender Points of Contact across PSAs to institutionalize gender practices. To boost revenue generation, CLOSA facilitated peer learning with the Abuja Chamber of Commerce, resulting in NASSI FCT's successful maiden trade fair and new membership growth of 54 new members, while a new partnership between NACOTAN and Hello Tractor improved operational efficiency and asset management.
