HIGH RIDGE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION INC

The foundation, in conjunction with the high ridge country club (the "club"), will hold an annual golf-centered "federation day" event to benefit local charities, nonprofits and governmental agencies assisting the young, elderly and poor in the community. The annual event, held at the club's golf course, includes raffles, golf-themed activities, tee-sign sales, and the solicitation of donations from club members. Aside from solicitations for donations mailed to club members, federation day is intended to be the foundation's exclusive charitable fundraising activity. Funds raised will, after payment of foundation and federation day fundraising expenses, be contributed to other internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) organizations. The foundation may also make donations to local fire and police agencies. Aside from solicitations for donations by mail the foundation may make from time-to-time. Federation day is the foundation's exclusive fundraising event.
