Hpm promotes life-affirming values, faith and actions that are foundational to establishing healthy communities. Krmc nicu program - hfrc participates in an educational program with the local hospital nicu, in which parents of nicu babies participate in an incentivized parenting education program, in an effort to instill confidence in parents before taking their babies home.
