The 2-1-1 initiative continues to provide the 2-1-1 resource line, website and online directory for residents and service providers to easily access nonprofit and government agencies in riverside and san bernardino counties. The 2-1-1 database contains many resources including health care, child care, volunteer opportunities,senior services, employment, family services and much more. Individuals can dial 2-1-1 for free 24-hour community, health and social services information. 2-1-1 has been set aside by the federal communications commission for the public to easilly access community information. Callers receive personalized information from a live community resource specialist.helpline is the county's only local crisis and suicide prevention line. Callers can access crisis trained mental health specialists 24 hours a day. Crisis counselors are trained to respond to immediate and urgent needs and also provide linkages and access to wrap around services including basic needs, rental assistance, food, and medical care.

Housing assistance is a program of community connect of riverside county and provides housing assistance in western riverside county with offices in riverside, moreno valley, and corona.court referral - places court ordered clients into community service for a small fee. Additionally, clients are linked with services that can help provide wrap around services include food, rental assistance, benefits enrollment, and employment services.
