IOWA STATE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

Promote the development of education and its profession- includes lobbying the state legislature and administrative agencies; collecting and disseminating information on education and candidates for public office; and fostering coalition activities among the states leading education groups. Also includes professional development, the isea aspiring educator program, our efforts to collaborate with college and universities to improve teacher education programs, various publications, a media campaign, local and state-wide public relations activities and research support.
