We provide access to culinary education through hundreds of technique videos on our website and social media platforms, for free, as well as a video recipe book of recipes from the most renowned chefs to our jpf members. We create curricula for on- line culinary courses, health care teaching kitchens and community kitchens. We believe that teaching people to cook serves the public good by inspiring personal growth, improving health outcomes, and creating economic benefits and employment opportunities.
