Employment program - provides direct support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental challenges to spend their days in the community in a meaningful way such as holding a job or attending classes. In march 2024, jncs formed a wholly-owned subsidiary called jay nolan recreational services (jnrs), dedicated to offering inclusive camp experiences for children with and without challenges. This initiative fosters an environment that celebrates diversity and empowers every child to embrace their individuality. The camp's focus on inclusivity and neurodiversity is designed to create a setting where young minds can learn, play, and grow together.
