John F Sloan Perpetual Charitable Trust

This trust is created exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3) and that also constitute charitable purposes under the law of trusts of the state of illinois. It is intended through this charitable trust to specifically benefit the st. Mark roman catholic church and grade school by providing the following: additional compensation for teachers and administrative personnel (deferred and present); purchase of equipment, supplies, books, scholarships for deserving students who have attended st. Mark's, repairs and/or maintenance of the school, church and grounds; to acquire additional property for expansion if necessary and any and all other purposes which the trustee shall determine are in futherance of and fulfillment of the purposes of the trust.
