KATZ AMSTERDAM FOUNDATION

During 2024, the foundation continued its work to bring mountain resort communities together for shared learning around common challenges in building effective mental and behavioral health systems that serve the needs of community members. The foundation both narrowed the focus and expanded the network this year, which now includes 9 mountain resort communities in the western united states. A special focus of the multi-community network this year was shared learning around sober curious programs. The foundation hosted our annual convening of over 70 behavioral health professionals from 8 different mountain communities in may, during which we analyzed data collected from every community about attitudes towards behavioral health and whether community needs are being met by the current services provided. Katz amsterdam also continued our focus in two other areas this year: civic engagement and reproductive health and equity. We narrowed our staff to four this year - but continued to build
