KEEPERS OF HOPE

Summary of direct charitable activities - 2022 keepers of hope provides assistance to non- profits/agencies in 3 separate, but equally important, ways. The first of these is the hope request. A hope request is a specific item(s) requested by any non-profit or agency. During calendar year 2022, keepers of hope obtained and delivered 75 items in response to hope requests from 63 non-profits and agencies. Items obtained included work boots, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, space heaters, clothing, and bedding. Also included in this category is durable medical equipment and supplies, regularly requested by local hospitals, physical therapists, and disability non-profits. For more involved cases, koh created six "blessing packages" as hope requests. For example, the first step blessing provides items with which to create a home when a client is able to get a house/apartment.
