$59KSt. Mary parish police jury f/b/o the kemper williams park - the kemper and leila williams foundation provides financial assistance to operate the kemper williams park servinc residents of st. Mary parish and the surrounding area. Construction and operation of the park were provided for in the wills of kemper and leila williams and accomplished through an act of donation on july 26, 1978. Monies are paid semi-annually to the st. Mary parish police jury as the park operator.
