Real estate leasing and development solutions -the first lease to be transferred was the existing lease for one of k2 hawaii's professional service clients, with the intention of removing the administrative burden of maintaining the lease, as well as making the most optimal use of the space by offering it to other christian non-profits and small churches without the financial means to lease their own ministry space.

Digital media -consulting on digital media strategies to improve the quality of online services and reduce the impact of the pandemic was also provided by kingdom katalyst. Kingdom katalyst contracted a professional digital media consultant willing to work with our clients for a reduced fee. He held a series of church strategy and ministry development meetings with various clients. Approximately 3 hours of the chairman's time was spent in meetings with client church representatives, and other apostolic leaders to create a program that would help meet the needs of our clients.

Japan initiatives program - the program supports a pastor in japan who is the executive pastor at a christian church in tokyo. This pastor also has a kingdom assignment including raising up next generation pastor throughout japan, leading youth retreats and building greater unity amongst the pastors/churches in japan. Approximately 15 hours of the chariman's time was spent in meetings with the pastor leading this iniative to further develop the program and oversee the ministry activities.
