We give an annual scholarship in the amount of 10,000 to a red bluff high school student in memory of my son, konor william fleharty. We may elect to award the 10,000 scholarship to someone else of another foundation. For example we may elect to give the scholarship to the foundation that maintains the red bluff city pool, so that the pool can stay open during the summer.
