LA BLUEPRINT

We partnered with a UCLA club to host a social good hackathon called Hack2Impact to encourage ~100 college students to build creative apps. We collaborated with four nonprofits: Smiles for Speech Tori in the House Technovation and Project Ropa to build technical solutions for their work.

We hosted an external workshop to the general UCLA community to bridge the gap between developers and designers. Because we create a full stack application that requires well planned and iterative designs to code those components it is essential to build the necessary communication and collaboration between the groups. We taught passionate people about how to develop a product completing user research prototyping working with designers when encountering hiccups and reviewing each other work to be on the same page when building a well thought out app.

We volunteered with the Garden School Foundation team to support gardening projects for a local elementary school. We also organized a Beach Cleanup day with Heal the Bay.
