$80KContributed $80,000 to Our Saviour's Community Services, a 501C3 organizations to assist with funding fro the second year of a medical respite program for people who no longer need to stay in the hospital but are inappropriate for a regular discharge due to their housing status. Patients are discharged to Our Saviours shelter and this program provides care coordination and access to an on site nurse and also provide access to counseling, heal education, tenant training etc.
