Equestrian activities: the foundation sponsors and hosts workshops given by various national and regional equestrian associations. The workshops are held on the land and are open to interested and qualified members of the general public.educational activities: the foundation periodically makes the land available to elementary and secondary school-aged children and other conservation-oriented nonprofit organizations, to study vegetation and land formation that is unique to southwestern wisconsin.administration building: the administration building was built on the land for use in the foundation's exempt purposes. For a nominal fee, the foundation provides various non-profit, conservation organizations with access to its administration building for organizational meetings or for a place to study the natural habitat of the land.
