Our next biggest program was for our Telehealth Outreach for Underserved Communities of Hawaii TOUCH grant where we hosted 32 basic computer classes around the state of Hawaii for 595 participants.

During 2024 our foundation administered a Charter Spectrum grant on Molokai Hawaii. We held six basic computer skills classes-each three hours long-serving 30 participants. Every attendee received a Chromebook laptop significantly enhancing digital literacy and technology access in this rural community. This initiative stands as one of our four largest direct charitable activities for the year.

The Hawaii Rural Equity for Advancing Community Health REACH program is an evidence-based community education and outreach program that expands access to knowledge of telehealth services for four rural and distressed communities on the Big Island of Hawaii. They provided funding and devices for 6 basic computer classes with an emphasis on telehealth for 6 classes in remote and rural areas of Hawaii Island for 77 class participants. The program is still ongoing with scheduled completion in 2025.
