MARIN MADE

Marin made is a communal makerspace open to the public. Marin made has the most advanced machines that are designed to enamble its users to create just about anything. If someone has a project idea or would like to make a prototype or an artistic concept they can come to marin made to get help in making it happen. Examples of the projects that take place at marin made are: a) desalination machine - we designed a solar powered machine that distills salt water and makes fredsh water. B) welding classes - we have been teaching welding to young girls ages 10-15. They make steel flowers and spray paint them. C) leather bag making class - we teach how to make a handbag out of leather or buffalo skin d)historical society - the historical society came to us for help in creating a donotr wall to list all the donors for a historic plaza in downtown sausalito e)uc berkeley school of architecture - we helped them make a large model of the human brain with the neural pathways for the optic nerves.
