Masonic children's home the masonic children's home provides a stable home, educational services, opportunities for personal growth and encouragement for up to 40 children from challenging personal environments, cultivates in them fundamental life skills, moral values, compassion and confidence, and nurtures them in their formative years to help them achieve their full potential and find success and happiness in life.

Masonic library and museum the masonic library and museum educates and enlightens the masonic community and the general public by (a) presenting the masonic temple in philadelphia, a national historic landmark, as the preeminent living, architectural representation of the values, ideals and culture of freemasonry and a center of fraternal, social, cultural and business activities, (b) curating and showcasing the priceless collections, (c) engaging diverse audiences through programs and research relating to the values, ideals, history and culture of freemasonry, and (d) preserving important masonic-related monuments in pennsylvania. In 2024, more than 12,863 visitors toured the masonic temple, more than 1,000 objects was preserved and archived, 64 new books were added its collections, 362 research assignments were completed, and a 10-year capital investment plan prioritizing more that 40 million of projects at the masonic temple was completed (work commencing in 2025).

Masonic youth foundation the pennsylvania youth foundation enriches the lives of youth and youth adult volunteers by conducting programs designed to build strong character and develop leadership skills and moral values. In 2024, the foundation empowered 1,352 youth through its leadership programs, awarded 150,000 in scholarship funds to 52 students, trained 1,690 individuals at virtual and in-person educational workshops on a variety of topics affecting the health and well-being of youth in pennsylvania and supported 650 members within 5 youth groups across pennsylvania. Masonic blood and organ donor program the program facilitated the collection of 4,290 units of blood in 2024, helping to save the lives of over 12,870 patients. It also supported seven members who received life-saving organ transplants, as well as their family members.
