MEDICAL CARE FOUNDATION

The purpose of the organization is 1- to provide short term solution for patients of medical care, pllc who are socioeconomically challenged and in need of food, clothing, personal hygiene items and other necessities. 2- provide charitable financial assistance for employees of medical care, pllc meeting certain criteria i.e. Missing at least 4 shifts due to a catastrophic event, such as an illness of employee or immediate family member and truly needing assistance.
