Program 1
$467KIntellectual and developmental disability services supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (idd) and their families across tarrant county with additional shortterm and longterm care services. These services promote inclusion and an improved quality of life for our patients. The mhmr foundation supported: specialized therapies, respite, camps, birthday and holiday parties, community and social outings, special olympics, supported employment, group homes, day habilitations, nursing services, and skills training.
Program 2
$92KBehavioral health services help stabilize the lives of children, adolescents, and adults. There are five groups under behavioral health, classified as follows: adults with substance use disorder services (suds), adult suds veterans, mental health for adults, youth suds, and youth mental health. Treatment involves a comprehensive and recoveryoriented approach directed toward stabilization in the home, workplace, and community. The mhmr foundation supports the community center, a mental health dropin center where people find support in their community, discovering purpose and empowerment. It is a place where people can come together to end their isolation, learn social skills, and take part in the community.activities are voluntary and free for people receiving mental health services in the community. In fy24, the mhmr foundation funded monthly birthday, holiday parties, community outings, art supplies, and items for the community center garden and aided more than 450 people. 2,651 patients in adult suds recovery participated in yoga classes, and 113 youth participated in therapeutic camps and equine therapy.

14,863 people in mhmr programs and services were impacted by mhmr foundation with 498 veterans being supported through various programs.
