In addition, we completed several smaller consulting projects assisting both individuals and local governments in advancing 'missing middle' housing development and promoting more inclusive, sustainable, and connected neighborhoods.

In 2024, the organization advanced projects to increase access to a wider range of housing through land acquisition, pre-development design and planning, and construction. Our approach emphasizes community-centered design and thoughtful land use to create right-sized homes that strengthen neighborhood connections and support diverse, resilient communities. We continued work on two grant-supported projects in fulton county, georgia, which will result in 18 new housing units that expand local housing availability.
