MO BAMBA FOUNDATION

Private foundation: the primary purpose of the foundation will be to provide financial support, goods and services to poor and underprivileged children in order to relieve poverty, provide educational opportunities and positive mentoring and to promote an overall productive and healthy lifestyle through the promotion of physical fitness. The foundation anticipates providing grants, goods and services directly to such individuals for educational and charitable purposes. The foundation may also make contributions to other organizations described in code section 501(c)(3) working towards the same charitable and educational purposes.
