Annual convention for members - as stated in the association's bylaws,"the (association's) purpose, shall be to promote the general welfareand usefulness of the banking industry in montana: to giveopportunities for open discussion and lawful interchange of informationabout all facets of the banking industry in montana; to accumulate andgive information about the banking industry."the annual convention is the major event to gather members together tomeet for the association's above referenced purposes as well as tosatisfy the requirement for the annual membership meeting. At theannual meeting the association's officers report to the membership theassociation's activities and finances for the past year and proposedplan for the upcoming year and gain member input for the assocation's activities.
