$8KNapa care program: the napa care emergency benevolent fund provides immediate financial assistance to napa member employee families who have suffered a fatality in an asphalt work zone or plant site.
Program 2
Professor training program: the professor training program is a five-day course consisting of intensive lectures, laboratory exercises, and discussions to investigate all phases of asphalt technology in civil engineering programs. Ncat offers a similar asphalt engineering workshop. The professor training program is held every other year and rotates with ncat's asphalt engineering workshop.
