Educational, cultural, and advocacy program services throughout the year ncjw bcs provides its members with educational and stimulating events, programs, panel discussions and topical speakers, as well as a myriad of study groups, book groups and cultural trips. And, as a service to the community, college scholarships were awarded to eight outstanding jewish women who are graduating seniors.
