$4.3MSTRENGTHEN MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND WORKER CENTERS: NDLON connects local worker centers and day laborer organizations so that they can replicate proven effective strategies, share institutional wisdom, and deepen their role as a institution that builds community and economic opportunity. NDLON accomplishes this via coordinated trainings, trans-local campaigns, as well as by hosting regional and national gatherings of its members and partner organizations. NDLON also strengthens local organizations by expanding strategic partnerships with organizations that can provide added support to build key capacity and infrastructure.
