Program 1
$59KScholarship-The Scholarship Committee shall provide financial assistance to members of the NCHA. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, financial need and cutting horse involvement, as well as leadership and communication skills.
Program 2
$3KHorse and Animal Welfare and Research-The Horse and Animal Welfare and Research Committee shall be responsible for the overall health and welfare of the horses and cattle associated with the sport of cutting through the establishment of guidelines for care and monitoring the success of the programs. Through grants, the Foundation will charter research studies with Universities performing a wide range of research related to the health, welfare, and utility of the horse and health and safety of cattle used for competition.
