Adaptive consultation: the new teacher center works to create coherent systems of teacher development and teacher leadership within states, districts, and schools. In addition to our deep work with teacher induction and instructional coaching, new teacher center works with school leaders, early learning programs, academic and assessment departments, and district leaders to provide partner-specific consultation around areas of need. Our adaptive consultation approach is grounded in partner needs, as identified through quantitative and qualitative data points. This can include actions such as school and district-level audits to help uncover challenges to be address through data assessment, consulting, and coaching. Each adaptive consultation partnership is unique to the partner while (continued on schedule o)grounded in the historic strengths of the new teacher center.

Program 2

Instructional coaching: ntc's evidence-based model supports schools and districts in building sustainable instructional coaching programs that drive high-impact instruction for all students. Ntc collaborates with stakeholders to assess teaching conditions and readiness for change, aligning district goals to a strategic professional learning plan. Our contextualized instructional coaching is tailored to each district's unique context, fostering a strengths-based, high-growth environment. Through pre-implementation planning, we establish systems and long-term professional learning aligned with classroom practices. Ntc enhances coaching capacity through professional learning, communities of practice, and in-field coaching, while implementation consultation and progress monitoring ensure continuous (continued on schedule o) improvement and alignment with district goals using tools like guskey's 5+1 framework.
