Developing and maintaining relationships with and among members in order to further the use of information technology, informatics and analytics in healthcare and the mission of the organization as a whole.the workgroups listed below met quarterly from july 1, 2020 until the close of the business december 31, 2020. -senior leadership roundtable-analytics technology roundtable-it ops strategy roundtable-biomedical device security taskforce-consumer & pop health innovation roundtablethese workgroups bring members together to network, discuss common concerns, develop consensus approaches to solve common problems, and gain professional development.the leadership team of the board (the nchica executive committee plus the executive director) met twice a month to discuss nchica's operations and future initiatives.nchica distributed the nchica update newsletter weekly to members and non-members. The newsletter includes information about nchica's activities, member news, upcoming events, and other items of interest. It was distributed to an average of 5,400 nchica members and non-members.nchica distributed the nchica blast newsletter monthly to members from july-december, 2020. The newsletter kept members informed about upcoming nchica workgroup meetings. It was distributed to an average of 2,900 nchica members.
