$58KREGIONAL PROJECTS NCBHN is regularly involved in supporting the northern tier provider's coalition which also sponsors an annual staff conference. NCBHN is also engaged with initiatives connected with the New York State association for rural health. These include participating in a rural health program economic impact study analyzing data from over 80 rural health programs across New York State and providing analysis to policy makers. Regionally, NCBHn serves on the boards of two regional behavioral health planning consortiums. NCBHN worked with these groups to establish a residential care database.

$515MEMBER SERVICES The network performs a number of services for member organizations and for other non-profit entities. During this period these services focused on not for profit board of directors development activities, human service program development, and agency performance improvement. These services are provided on a case by case basis and are performed under contract with each agency.
