Our initiatives include the "occf scholars" program for students who excel in areas other than gpa; the "foundation of promise" program for students who will be the first in their family to attend college; the "oklahoma youth with promise" program designed for children in foster care; the "non-traditional student" program for adults re-entering college; and the "nurse education" program to assist nursing students at five local hospitals.

The foundation provides services and resources that add value to the more than 350 organizations participating in the coe program, with the goal of providing these charities the opportunity to strengthen their organizations.
